My career in healthcare began more than sixteen years ago as a provider of Occupational Therapy services. Throughout my career I have worked in various patient settings then ventured into telehealth, vendor services, and insurance. As I’ve worked to improve my own understanding, I realized how incredibly complex and difficult it is to navigate patient services and benefits for all parties involved. I want to fix that.
